However, there is no shortage of seasonal fruits and vegetables that can cool the body, provide nutrition and increase energy levels. Whether it’s cucumber, fresh lemon, watermelon, mango, pineapple or orange, there are a variety of these sweet and acidic fruits that can be made into delicious drinks. With temperatures rising with each passing day and a heatwave threatening to wreak havoc on your health, here are recipes for some amazing summer drinks that can cool you down from the inside and help you beat the summer heat. ingredients

Jeera – ½ teaspoon

Black salt – ½ teaspoon

Fresh lemon – 15 ml

Table salt – a pinch

Sprite – 180 ml

Mix everything together, top with the cooled Sprite and serve in a highball glass well garnished with lemon.

Sweet Pan Masala – 10 gm

Dairy syrup – 30 ml

Sweet and sour – 30 ml

Blend all ingredients in a blender to obtain a smooth consistency.

Serve in a glass bowl, garnished with pan leaves and sweet paan masala.

3. Mango sunrise

Mango pulp – 60 ml

Mango juice – 120 ml

Grenadine syrup – 15 ml

Ice cubes – 02

In a cup, put the mango pulp and mango juice. Add pomegranate syrup and ice cubes. Stir the drink before serving, garnish as you choose, and serve cold.

4. Kiwi Sunshine

Kiwi puree – 60 ml

Water – 120 ml

Kiwi pieces – 2 tablespoons

Sweet lemon foam – 3 tablespoons

Salt – as needed

Powdered sugar – as desired – as desired

Crushed ice as needed

– Blend the kiwi, water, and ground sugar (optional) in a blender. Take a cup and pour it over crushed ice.

– Mix sweet lemon juice in a blender to obtain foam. Add a pinch of salt to it. Place the foam on top of the glass and place the kiwi pieces on top. Garnish with ice and serve cold.

5. Gardenia

Mint syrup – 30 ml

Lemon juice – 15 ml

Chopped mint and ginger – 1 teaspoon.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve chilled in a Tom Collins cup, garnished with pineapple and mint.

Pineapple juice – 100 ml

Fresh watermelon – 50 g

Watermelon syrup – 15 ml

Sweet and sour – 30 ml

Fresh grated cucumber – 1 tablespoon

Ginger – ½ teaspoon

Mint leaves – 8-10 pieces.

Black pepper and salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger – 150 ml

Toss all ingredients, stir, top with ginger beer and serve chilled in a red wine glass, garnished with lemon and cherries.

8. Orange surprise

Soda – 60 ml

Strawberry crush – 60 ml

Crushed ice as needed

Pour strawberries over crushed ice in a tall glass

Pour orange juice on top, then soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge or your choice!
