A winter weather warning for the entire Miami Valley through early tomorrow morning; It’s Very Cold This Weekend – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio
The National Meteorological Directorate issued a Winter weather warning for the entire Miami Valley now through 1 a.m. Saturday.
Watch Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brittley Ritz as she will track this system later this morning starting at 4:25 a.m. on News Center 7 Daybreak.
The National Weather Service also issued a Wind chill warning For part of the region, starting at midnight on Saturday and continuing until noon. This includes Butler, Clinton, Dark, Green, Miami, Montgomery, PrebleAnd Warren Counties in Ohio. Also includes union And Wayne Counties in Indiana.

Friday: Snow continues to fall through dawn, then becomes scattered, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brittley Reese.
The possibility of snow showers remains until Friday afternoon.
Total snowfall accumulation will range from two to four inches across most of the Miami Valley. Up to five inches for the northern Miami Valley. Temperatures do not rise in the afternoon, and will remain in the lower 20s. Wind chills will be in the lower teens.
Saturday: Very cold weather on Saturday morning with sub-zero wind chills. Staying very cold into the afternoon with temperatures in the teens and single digit wind chills likely. Cloudy with a few flurries around.
Sunday: Dangerously cold again Sunday morning with wind chills near zero. A gradual clearing trend is expected with more sunshine in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 20s.
Monday: Mostly sunny and not cold. Highs in the upper 30s which is pretty typical for this time of year.
Tuesday: Cloudy with a chance of rain. There is a brief chance of freezing rain early Tuesday morning before rain is expected Tuesday afternoon. Highs in the lower 40s.
Wednesday: Cloudy with a chance of rain showers. Highs in the mid 40s.
Thursday: Cloudy with a chance of rain. Warmer with highs in the upper 40s to near 50.
