Traffic lights are out
The Sacramento Office of Emergency Services says traffic lights are out throughout the county. She says trees and other debris make driving conditions dangerous.
She says people can report power outages and fallen trees to 311.

Strong winds continue to impact the Sacramento area, causing downed trees and power outages.
Sacramento parks closed
After closing Discovery Park ahead of the storm, Sacramento Regional Parks says all parks are currently closed. It is not known when it will reopen.
Wheatland Road is closed
Wheatland Road is closed from Ace Hardware to Oakley Lane due to several downed power lines, the police department said.
It is not known when the road will reopen. People traveling through the area are asked to find an alternate route.
Highway 33 is closed
Highway 33 north of Paterson is closed due to flooding Sunday evening. The road is closed from Rodgers Road to Baldwin Road and there is no estimated time for it to reopen, Caltrans said.
Caltrans urges drivers not to drive through flooded areas.
Tree in the house
Firefighters said a home was destroyed after a tree fell in Sacramento on Sunday. It happened in the area of 39th and J streets, next to Sacred Heart Church.
No one was home at the time and no injuries were reported.
Highway 132 is closed
Highway 132 was closed between Wellsford and Geer after several telephone poles fell on the road. There is no estimated time for it to reopen.
This is east of Modesto and before Waterford.
Chain control update
Chain controls remain in effect on I-80 from Kingvale to the Nevada state line for eastbound travelers. For people heading west, there are chains from the Nevada state line to the Rainbow.
Chain controls are also located on Highway 267 from Truckee to Kings Beach and on Highway 89 from Truckee to Tahoe City.
Power outages in Sacramento County
More than 100,000 customers were without power in Sacramento County Sunday afternoon. There are more than 500,000 customers without power across the state.

Strong wind gusts caused widespread power outages throughout the Sacramento region and into the Central Valley.
SacRT suspends service
The Sacramento Regional Transportation District has temporarily suspended all light rail service due to the storm. High winds, power outages, grade crossing damage and debris, including trees, were reported on the track, SacRT said.
Bus bridges are on the Blue and Gold Lines. SacRT warns bus riders to be aware of delays.

Antelope Road is closed
The Citrus Heights Police Department said Antelope Road was closed between Poplar and Rosewood due to downed power lines, at about 3:30 p.m., and people were asked to reduce speed in the area.

Tree down on cars in downtown Sacramento
A tree fell onto cars and across 15th Street in downtown Sacramento on Sunday afternoon. This is between N and O streets.
Rio Vista damage
People are being asked to be careful in the S. 2nd Street area of Delta Marina in Rio Vista after the roof of the dock blew off due to the wind.
The Rio Vista Fire Department said crews are on scene. Several sections of the roof are partially attached and will be secured as the winds recede, they said.
Crews have cleared the road and are working to move the debris to a safe location.

Caltrans has chain controls in place on Interstate 80 in the Sierra. This is from Kingvale to the Nevada state line for eastbound travelers. Those heading west will encounter chain controls on the Nevada state line until about five miles west of Kingvale.
A high wind warning is in effect for the Yolo Causeway and Bryte Bend Bride.
A high wind warning is also in effect from the Yolo/Sacramento County line to the Sacramento/Placer County line. Caltrans does not recommend campers, trailers, or allowing loads to travel through this area.

Power outage in the valley
More than 120,000 customers were without power across the Sacramento Valley. This is for customers across Sacramento, Solano, Yolo, San Joaquin and Sutter counties.

Interstate 88 is closed
Interstate 88 was closed for several hours due to snow. Caltrans District 10 said Interstate 88 was closed at about 1:30 p.m. for avalanche control operations.
The highway is closed from more than three miles east of Silver Lake to Kirkwood.
