Beat the heat at Sacramento area cooling centers

SACRAMENTO — Extreme triple-digit votes return to the Sacramento Valley on Wednesday.
Temperatures in Sacramento could exceed 105 with several triple-digit heat days expected as we approach the end of July.
It is recommended to stay indoors and in air-conditioned buildings. For those who don’t have these options, several cooling centers will be opening across the region to provide relief from the dangerous heat.
