California storm: 5 maps of radar, traffic and power outages
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A second major storm will hit the Northern California area early Sunday morning, bringing heavy rain, strong winds and snow to the region.
a High wind warning The order is in effect for the valley and foothills through Sunday night, and is expected to bring wind gusts of more than 60 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Sacramento. a Winter storm warning It is in effect in the Sierra through Tuesday, affecting travel and making it nearly impossible with heavy snowfall in the area. a Flood warning It is in effect through Monday in the valley, potentially triggering mudslides, rockslides and flooding.
