Staying Mild and Dry Through Sunday After rain and a few thunderstorms to start the weekend, we are heading into a drier pattern before winter sets in for next week! Temperatures will get cold tonight and reach the mid to high 30s. Some cold rain is possible south of the Ohio River after midnight tonight. After sunrise on Sunday, the day will be cooler, with a high near 50 degrees. Temperatures at the Super Bowl watch party will be around the low 40s. Plan for more typical February temperatures by next week. We are watching a system that is expected to move in Monday evening and start with rain before turning to snow that will last into Tuesday morning. While the path of the system could still change, our early belief is that many areas could pick up 1″-3″ of snowfall accumulation, with an increase in some pockets. While ground temperatures will help melt some of the snow, be prepared to commute Tuesday morning. We will keep you updated! Check back for frequent updates.
