Good Tuesday morning! We have a few alert days today and tomorrow. We start this morning mostly cloudy, humid and mild. Temperatures will rise to around 80 degrees this afternoon with south winds 10-15 mph. We will remain mostly cloudy today with a spell of showers and storms from 2pm to 6pm today. These storms may become severe, but are expected to weaken as they move into Ohio. Another wave of storms from 5pm to 1am this evening and these storms will likely be stronger as long as the first wave doesn't pull too much energy from the atmosphere. The Storm Prediction Center is calling for: “Tornadoes are possible, some strong, as well as very large hail. Some damaging winds are also likely. These storms are possible anywhere in Ohio, so be aware of the weather and have multiple ways to be notified if a warning is issued for your area. Our free app “Ohio WX” is one of the great options for your phone. Evening/overnight storms will get out of here quickly.

We'll wake up Wednesday with low temperatures in the mid 60s. Partly cloudy and dry most of the day Wednesday, with temperatures rising to 84 degrees. Another round of strong to severe storms is likely in the evening and late overnight hours Wednesday. It looks like this wave will impact southern Ohio a little more, but we will re-evaluate the weather settings tomorrow to fine-tune location and timing further. These storms can also contain damaging winds, hail, and isolated tornadoes.

On Thursday, we will have a little energy left for scattered showers and some not-so-severe storms during the day. The temperature rises to about 76 on Thursday.

Friday will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of some rain and a high of 63. On Saturday, we will see a weak disturbance bringing more rain, especially in the afternoon and evening. The temperature will rise to 66 on Saturday with mostly cloudy skies becoming overcast with rain. The rain ends early Sunday and there is a slight chance of showers during the day with a high around 69. Partly cloudy Monday with warmth returning to the low to mid 70s. I have a good idea!
