½ cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1. Mix together the graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press out into a 9-inch round pan and use the bottom of a flat cup or flat measuring cup to press evenly along the bottom and use your fingers to press evenly along the sides. Place it in the refrigerator until the filling is ready.

2. Whip the cream until it reaches stiff peaks and set aside.

3. In another bowl, use the paddle attachment to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest and mix using the whisk provided.
