The Plateau and southeastern Kentucky have already been placed under Level 2 out of 5 severe risks. The rest of the area is under Level 1 of 5. Another round of rain and storms will move in on Wednesday. The most likely timing of rain will be Wednesday afternoon and evening. Once again, these storms may bring another chance for strong to severe storms.
