Severe Storm Chances in North Texas Starting Thursday – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

While the threat of severe weather has passed, more rain and even some thunderstorms are likely in North Texas.

Since this rain falls on an already saturated ground surface, there can be some localized flooding. Always remember: turn around, don't sink.

Unstable weather will continue through Sunday as well. Cloudy skies, some showers and thunderstorms are likely as rain begins to fall outside the area.
