According to the Embry-Riddle Meteorology Department:
Another winter storm is targeting northern Arizona today, and this one is going to be impressive! Expect accumulation of about 4 inches at the airport and toward PV and Chino, with higher amounts closer to 8 inches to 10 inches on the south and west sides of town. 12″ or more in mountains higher than 6000″. We have already seen light snow accumulations this morning with snow showers ahead of the fronts. The main cold front range will move in later this morning. Snow accumulation is expected to be heavy at times, with 1″-2″ per hour accumulating mid-morning through early afternoon, and snow showers tapering off mid-afternoon through early evening. Winds could reach 45 mph, so we will see periods of snow and blowing snow with very low visibility. The snow level will be around 4,000 feet, so the entire Quad City area will be affected.

Thursday: Snow showers, especially before 5 p.m. High near 38. Breezy, with southeast winds 16 to 22 mph becoming southwesterly in the afternoon. Wind speeds can reach 34 mph. The probability of rain is 100%. New snow accumulation of less than an inch is possible.

Thursday night: 30% chance of snow, especially before 8 p.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 23. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts up to 16 mph. Less than half an inch of new snow accumulation is possible.

Friday: There is a 30 percent chance of snow after 11 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 40. Southeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon. Less than half an inch of new snow accumulation is possible.

Friday night: 30 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. West winds around 6 mph. New snow accumulation of less than an inch is possible.

Saturday: 40 percent chance of snow. Partly sunny, with a high near 39. West wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts up to 21 mph. Less than half an inch of new snow accumulation is possible.

Saturday night: The weather is mostly clear, with a low around 18. North winds 8 to 11 mph, with gusts up to 17 mph.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 45. North wind around 9 mph, with gusts up to 15 mph.

Sunday night: The weather is mostly clear, with a low around 21. North winds around 7 mph.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 50. Northeast wind 6 to 8 mph becoming west in the afternoon.

Monday night: The weather is mostly clear, with a low around 24. North winds around 7 mph.
