ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – One day after a weak storm system brought clouds and drizzle to the area, we’re treated to the brightest and windiest day of the week. Cold air is blowing into the area from the plains following the storm system’s departure, making Thursday windy and cold. Expect mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the upper 40s. West winds are expected to reach 30 to 40 mph at times today, especially around noon, making it feel like the 30s.
